TIPS TO PREVENT CORONAVIRUS

                                             

1. Wash your hands frequently and regularly

     Use warm water and soap to wash your hands for at least 20 seconds. Work the lather to your          wrist, between your fingers and under your finger nails. You can also use antibacterial and antiviral soap. Use hand sanitizer when you cannot wash your hands properly.

2. Avoid touching your face

    Avoid touching any part of your face or head including your mouth, nose and eyes. Also avoid touching your fingernails.

3. Stop shaking hands and touching other people- for now

    Similarly,  avoid touching other people, Skin to skin contact can pass SARS-CoV-2 from one person to another.

4. Don't share personal items

    Don't share personal items like phone, makeup, or combs. It's also important not to share eating utensils and straw. Teach children to recognize their reusable cup, straw and other dishesfor their own use only.

5. Cover your mouth and nose when you cough and sneeze

     SARS-CoV-2 is found in high amount in the mouth and nose. Use a tissue or sneeze into your elbow to keep your hands as clean as possible. Wash you hands after you sneeze or cough, regardless.

6. Clean and disinfect surfaces

     Use alcohol based disinfectants to clean hard surfaces in your home like countertops, door handles, furnitures and toys. Disinfect areas after you bring your groceries or packages into your home.

7. Take social distance seriously

     Social distancing means staying at home and working remotely when possible. If you must go out for necessities keep a distance of 6 feet from other people.

8. Do not gather in groups

    This includes having all places, as you may have to sit or stand too close to other congregant. It also means congregating at parks or beaches.

9. Avoid eating or drinking in public places

    This means it may be best to avoid cold food from restaurants and all food from buffets and open salad bars.

10. Wash fresh groceries
   
      Soak all raw, whole fruit and vegetables in a solution of food grade hydrogen peroxide or white vinegar. Let dry before putting them away in your refrigerators and cupboards. You can also use vegetable antibacterial wash to clean produce. Wash your hands before and after handling fresh produce.

12. Self-quarantine if sick

       Call your doctor if you have any symptoms. Stay home until you recover. Wear a mask and wash your hands as much as possible. If you need urgent medical care wear a mask and let them know you have Covid-19

I didn't fully understand this phrase "be careful what you ask for" till it happened to me. Preparing for my SIWES (Students Industrial Work Experience Scheme), I wanted a good place. Happy new year everyone. I hope this write up adds to us in this new year. According to the vocapture dictionary, an habit is an action performed repeatedly and automatically usually without awareness. I would say that an habit is an action that is cultivate gradually. As human beings, we can discern from what is right and wrong. With this ability to discern, we choose to cultivate either good or bad habits. The cultivation of these habits will determine if the products will ad to your life positively or negatively and this is where our inner man comes to play and directs our actions. It is left to us to pick an action between what is wrong and what is right. The cultivation of bad habits often leads to grevious consequences. BENEFITS OF GARLIC

There are various benefits of garlic, which some will be listed here: 1. Boost immunity:  In test tubes,  garlic  appears to kill cancer cells, and studies involving people show some of the same outcomes.
