CONSEQUENCES OF ALCOHOLISM

A regular intake of alcoholic content is alcoholism.But, when you can't do without an alcoholic content, you're starting to be addicted to alcoholic content .
There are various consequences of alcoholism and they are in diverse units:

IN SCHOOL
As a student, engaging in alcoholism is not proper for your health. In terms of rest, alcohol doesn't give you the opportunity to have a proper sleep and a proper sleep is essential for a student. Regarding the brain, alcohol causes slurred speech, sleepy movement. Heavy drinking may also increase the risk of memory loss in early old age. Heavy drinking over a long period of time appears to actually shrink the brain volume.

IN SAVINGS
If you buy a carton of Escudo Rojo Red wine in Nigeria every week and a carton of 12 bottles is #49,000 and you buy 1 carton every week, which means in a month that will cost you #196,000, which insinuates that in a year that will cost you #2,352,000. If you had saved that money, you could have bought a Honda Pilot 2006 model or a Honda Accord 2007 and you might still have some change, if you're not cheated.

We can now see that engaging in alcoholism doesn't pay you in any way. Instead, it deprives you of some benefits and reduces most of your opportunities in life. So I will advice you today, to stop alcoholism.

I didn't fully understand this phrase "be careful what you ask for" till it happened to me. Preparing for my SIWES (Students Industrial Work Experience Scheme), I wanted a good place. Happy new year everyone. I hope this write up adds to us in this new year. According to the vocapture dictionary, an habit is an action performed repeatedly and automatically usually without awareness. I would say that an habit is an action that is cultivate gradually. As human beings, we can discern from what is right and wrong. With this ability to discern, we choose to cultivate either good or bad habits. The cultivation of these habits will determine if the products will ad to your life positively or negatively and this is where our inner man comes to play and directs our actions. It is left to us to pick an action between what is wrong and what is right. The cultivation of bad habits often leads to grevious consequences.
