THE IMPACT OF DESIRE

Hello everyone, happy new month. We thank God for His never ending mercies over our lives. I also want to appreciate everyone that has been following me on my blog since last year. Thank you all so much.

For this topic, I will be putting more emphasis on HOPE and DESIRE. Hope is a desire for something, with some confidence or expectation of success.

   -CHAMBERS 21st CENTURY DICTIONARY.

From the definition above, hope comes with a desire. A strong desire propels manifestation of what your mind conceives. Be it an adventure, educational pursuit, goal, aspiration and so on. Your desire towards a thing has the strength to determine if it is going to be a success or not. In my words,I will say that desire is an urge that propels us to accomplish necessary things in our everyday lives. Our desire for success and accomplishments in our careers, businesses, groups and academics and our everyday lives comes before we can catch a glimpse of hope in accomplishing a thing.

If a man says that he has hope but has no desire to accomplish what he hopes for, then he is only joking. It is desire that prompts a man to walk in the path of his aspiration; otherwise, hope without a push is a journey that ultimately leads to frustration. Things do not happen by mere hoping; your hope has to be supported by a strong desire. A strong desire in the sense that your desire is so strong to the extent of overcoming temptations on the way to your success. Many people have allowed their desires and hope to be cut off because of a certain difficult temptation.

Every achiever overcame certain challenges to attain a level of success. Many dreams have been cut short because challenges arose along the way. The power of desire conquers every limitation and sets your eyes on success and whatever you want to accomplish I want to encourage you today to realise that being productive in life is a proof of your desire to rise above all your difficulties and challenges.

Thank you for reading and please do not forget to press that follow or subscribe button if you have not done so. I promise to continue after I return from school. Thank you and see you till I return by the grace of God. Bye!

BLOG UPDATE

Hey guys, I’m back and glory be to God. For today, I will not be speaking on anything in particular. Starting my blog, I did not have a specific field of interest to discuss with my audience but as time went by, I observed that many people of my age have interest in Information Communication Technology (ICT) but does not have the proper training or guidance to help them translate their desire into reality. This inspired me to be of help to people of my age, the elderly and the young to assist them in bringing their hopes and dreams alive; and on this note, I’m going to make this blog an ICT and technological inclined blog. Thank you.                 Please share your ideas in the comment section on what area of ICT your interest lies. This is going to be our first tech based interaction and it is going to form the essential core of engagement on this platform going forward. First, in my own perspective...

BENEFITS OF GARLIC

There are various benefits of garlic, which some will be listed here: 1. Boost immunity:  In test tubes,  garlic  appears to kill cancer cells, and studies involving people show some of the same outcomes. According to the Iowa Women’s Health Study, involving 41,000 middle-aged women, those who routinely ate garlic, fruits and vegetables had a 35 percent lower colon cancer risk. Benefits came from raw and cooked garlic – not supplements. 2. Work as an anti-inflammatory:  Research  has shown that garlic oil works as an anti-inflammatory. So, if you have sore and inflamed joints or muscles, rub them with the oil. 3. Improve cardiovascular health:  The verdict is still out on whether garlic improves your cholesterol levels, but research does indicate it can have a positive impact on your arteries and  blood pressure . Investigators believe red blood cells turn the sulfur in garlic into hydrogen sulfide gas that expands our blood vessels, making ...

According to the vocapture dictionary, an habit is an action performed repeatedly and automatically usually without awareness. I would say that an habit is an action that is cultivate gradually. As human beings, we can discern from what is right and wrong. With this ability to discern, we choose to cultivate either good or bad habits. The cultivation of these habits will determine if the products will ad to your life positively or negatively and this is where our inner man comes to play and directs our actions. It is left to us to pick an action between what is wrong and what is right. The cultivation of bad habits often leads to grevious consequences. I want to point out something here; the cultivation of bad habit is easy but turning a new leaf is going to be difficult and if not careful, it could develop into an addiction> In some cases, their addiction leaves a stigma in their lives forever. To all those ...
